Are You Covered?
The HKSGS committee recommends its Society members to ensure they are covered by some form of Golf Insurance when playing in Society events. Whilst primarily protecting you from Personal Liablility as well as Personal Accident, it can also offer some peace of mind on the course as well as other additional benefits you may have overlooked or thought your household insurance covered, when this may not neccesarily be the case. Golf insurance can often be added to a household policy but is usually more expensive than a bespoke golfing policy.
As a Seniors Society, it is worth noting that a lot of the Golf Insurance Policies have an age limit of 65 for their Personal Accident coverage and this is worth checking.
