Data Privacy

  • All personal data provided is used solely for the organisation, operation and recording of the Hong Kong Seniors Golf Society.
  • If your HKGA membership is administered through the Hong Kong Seniors Golf Society, you have provided consent to process and use this data and to share the minimum necessary with the HKGA.
  • By requesting to play in one of our events you have provided consent for us to process and use this data for purposes of the Society activities and to share the minimum necessary to allow events to be arranged with Golf Clubs.
  • You may withdraw your consent in writing to the Event Manager at any time. Upon doing so your right to play as a member or guest will terminate until consent is given again.
  • Upon withdrawing consent your email, phone, address, date of birth and ghin number details will be erased from our members database, however your name, any photos and data from participation in past events will not be erased.
  • Any person who has legitimate access to private data who is found to use it/have used it for inappropriate purposes not connected with Society activities will be ejected from the Society and may face legal action.
